It's a tie between twelve year old me saying "helmets are stupid" before going on a bike ride that ended in a concussion, a lot of blood, stitches, puking, and a permanent dent in my forehead, and high schooler me tripping over nothing while crossing the street, failing to catch myself, smacking my forehead on the pavement, and being walloped in the back of the head by my backpack which cracked my head on the ground again when I went to sit up afterwards. I had a big square lump in the exact middle of my forehead for a week.
