Pan's Labyrinth~ I've heard so much about this movie and I'd probably love it but I've been struggling with (clinically diagnosed) depression for a while and I'm not sure I'd make it out the other side of the movie. So it's on the list of 'one day, but probably not'.

This is exactly why I haven't watched that movie. I can watch depressing movies occasionally, but fantasy is an escape for me. I don't want to mix the two.

Of course everyone's depression is different, but I was more surprised at the graphicness of things rather than a sense of despair.

Yeah, it's not something I found particularly devastating, myself. But everyone is so different that it's really hard to say what'll do it for any given person. And I think tragedy happening to kids is some people's weakness.
