Watching old Fatty Arbuckle shorts are so weird because they are a solid 100 years old now. EVERYONE IN THIS MOVIE IS DEAD, INCLUDING THAT BABY. Things look so different, too, even compared to silent movies from the 1920s. Look at the way women dress. Look at the cars. It was officially the Olden Days. It's like a window onto another planet.
