Ooh, what soup are you gonna make?

I'm gonna go buy Halloween candy and figure out what I'mgonna do for a costume. I might go hang out with a friend if she can get her shift at work moved.

I think I will make hamburger soup.

I won't be dressing up for Halloween but I will probably be handing out candy. I hope you have fun dressing up.

What goes into the hamburger soup? Does it taste like actual hamburgers, or does it just use ground beef?

You fry up ground beef (like you would for tacos). Drain the grease and such off. Create a broth (we use beef bouillon in it). Add chopped up potatoes. Cook them in the broth until they get mostly softened then add some mixed frozen veggies. Re-add the hamburger and wait until it is all heated up. We add other spices and such as well.
