Pretty much. A variety of cheeses and cured meats usually served with little additions like olives, scallions, bread and crackers... if you're lucky there might be some duck liver pate, too.

A medium-well burger with caramelized onions, dill pickle slices, lettuce, heirloom tomato slices, Wisconsin smoked cheddar cheese, mustard and ketchup on a sesame potato bun, with a huge side of thin-cut crispy fries, and a chocolate milkshake with Bailey's Irish Cream and a splash or three of Jameson's.

Tough call. Tons of sushi, I think. Or a rare slab of prime rib with a mountain of mashed potatoes and gravy, grilled corn with plenty of salt and butter. Homemade chocolate ice cream and cake for dessert.

Some hot links from Uncle John's in Chicago (which doesn't exist anymore I don't think but whatever). A big thing of jambalaya. A really good Italian sandwich. 4 fried chicken thighs. 6 oysters. A pot of really good coffee, a pint of brandy, and a chocolate milkshake to drink. Banana pudding for dessert.
