What are those objects? Game pieces? Buttplugs?

Game pieces. I want to say for pachisi, but that's a pretty standard design for wooden pieces.

They are very tiny, hand-carved but plugs for gnomes. Gnomes apparently don't understand the thing where you need to shape them so they won't get pulled all the way into your body.
