I think everyone loved Steve in this season, for good reasons. So did I.
I think my favorite moment of the season is during the scene when he and Dustin are putting stuff in the trunk of Steve's car as Dustin is speaking on his walkie-talkie and Steve just makes that face of "How the fuck have I got involved in this monster business again BUT HE'S JUST A KID I CAN'T LEAVE HIM ALONE!" and I laughed at it for a full minute lmao.

He was just very nice. He clearly matured a lot and I'm glad he was this involved in the season after disappearing for a bit. I liked him well enough in the first season because he actually was mora than just a dumb bully and was constantly walking the thin line between dumbass teenager and caring young adult, and I feel like he made the leap in the right side in season 2.

Best Mom srsly.
