Well, of course some of it is self-serving. If you were sexually harassed and/or assaulted, would it not serve you to talk about it, especially if you were suffering from it years later? But even if it is self-serving, that doesn't mean it doesn't speak to others and encourage them to be brave about their own situations. That is a good thing.

Also, you're fucking naive if you think this kind of behavior only exists in Hollywood.
