I don't have many that I can think of off the top of my head but probably Dean/Sam. Mostly because I am not a huge fan of Sam.

Mikasa/Eren and Annie/Armin from Attack on Titan and Kaneki/Touka from Tokyo Ghoul. There are a lot of pairings I simply don't like but those three are top tier. As over dramatic as it sounds, I physically feel nauseous whenever I see a pic of them.

Superman/Wonder Woman, this is only in canon though as I actually think the fans of it do a better job at writing them together.

Otherwise I don't really hate ships much and the strongest negative feeling I have towards one will be vague dislike(and tbh that feeling fades when I don't see it anymore).

RSE/Spe Archie/Maxie. ORAS Archie/Maxie is my Pokemon OTP, but I just don't like their old designs.

Professor Sycamore/Lysandre. This is a weird one because I definitely think they were a thing in the past. Sycamore just deserves better than a classist, genocidal maniac.

Janeway/Chakotay, Chakotay/Seven, Zutara, Makorra, Harley/Joker, and Elliot/Hardison/Parker is my NOT3. I like Hardison/Parker, but I can't ship them with Elliot because I see him as their grumpy-but-secretly-adoring big brother figure.
