Any good examples of non-East Asians guys looking so beautifully androgynous? Musicians, idols, or otherwise. Feels like Korean and Japanese male idols have it down perfectly, but what about outside of that?

And no, I don't consider One Direction "androgynous". They have the teen boy look, but they really don't look beautifully feminine either.

Not seeing it at all. Got specific images where he looked feminine (when he was young)? He's got a really heavy jawline and rough skin, and is not remotely comparable to a kpop idol, imo.

Seems like you're super defensive about David Bowie, but that's not what I said? I don't find him pretty, and he doesn't actually look androgynous to me. I explained why. I don't know where you got that I said only East Asians are androgynous, I was specifically looking for comparable non-East Asian examples.

Yeah, I've never really seen it either. I mean, I don't find Bowie unattractive; he was a good looking man imo. But he's always talked about for his androgyny, and I feel like it gets overstated a bit. He was a fairly masculine looking man who also liked wearing fashion and makeup to almost theatrical effect. It's cool that he did that, and it looked cool, but compared to a lot of these kpop guys there's just no comparison. Nor should they necessarily be compared, since I don't think they're trying to do the same thing with their looks.

I used to love the Calling!

Omg, and very recently, I checked out Tokio Hotel for the first time since Monsoon because I found out they'll be in NY next February - Bill cut his hair! And wears less makeup! D= I was so sad. But his voice is still nice. =) And in some fairness, Bill is still kind of pretty. (Bill is the one with a red shirt.)

obviously, non-east asian guys tend to have more angular, harder features.
