Great. Looked for jobs, played with kitty, worked on a fanmix, and played with kitty some more.

No, but i like the idea of having a job and therefore my own place. And today I watched tv while I did it, so it wasn't too bad.

It was rainy all day which was nice. I went to the library and read for an hour or two, and then I came back and applied for jobs. Was supposed to have a phone interview today but they had to push it to tomorrow, and also I'm now going to be talking to the CTO instead of the director of product, so we'll see how that goes. Now I'm mostly just trying to decide whether or not to cook for dinner.

Applied for a couple jobs I am pretty qualified for. The staffing agency is trying to get me an interview for a receptionist job at a doctor's office (hopefully something else comes up because that is just a temp job). Also, my side hurts for some reason. >.

Pretty good! I have tomorrow off because I am working Sat/Sun, so I'm hoping to get some chores done, but honestly I just want to laze in bed and catch up on TV even if I know it's impractical.

We had drama at work today: one of our volunteers (I work for a non-profit organization) came to work drunk off his ass. He drove himself there (yikes!), and the manager said she'd call him an Uber so he could get home. He said he was fine to drive but clearly wasn't, and there was an argument. The manager said if he got in his car she would have to call the police and he'd be arrested for DUI. So he reluctantly agreed to the Uber. Looks like he won't be volunteering with us anymore tho, not after this. :(

Kind of stressful. Lots of work piling up and a tight deadline tomorrow.

I've been angry all fucking day and I am sick of it, like I want to rip my own goddamn face off.

So it's been fun.

it licked elephant ass. I have an eye infection so I had to go to the ER at 4 in the morning, I had to walk in pouring rain to get the meds at 8, I have had almost no sleep, some creep keeps calling me on the phone and not saying anything when I answer and I slipped and fell in the downstairs hall of my apt bldg and bruised the shit out of my leg and elbow.

It was pretty good. I saw Ragnarok again because my dad hates going to the movies alone. I think it was somehow funnier the second time, which is the opposite of what I feared. And then there was the part where after Hela's big speech to the Asgard soldiers about conquering more worlds and stuff, my dad whispered to me "Make Asgard great again?" and I about lost my shit.

I'm sick, in a lot of pain and really depressed, so about the same as usual. Did finally start watching The Good Place, though, which I'm really enjoying so far, so that's a plus.

Could have been a lot better. Work was surprisingly busy, and I'm 99% sure we have a gas leak in the deli since we have a gas stove back there. I left a note for my department head and made sure someone up front knew, but I don't see it getting fixed anytime soon.

E X H A U S T I N G

For some reason it had me much more tired than yesterday. and then I went to the mall as I often do after work and grabbed a soft pretzel. It was good (buttery with caramel mmmm) but I just crashed.

Like I went home and then was conked out from 6:45 to 11 pm.

And now I'm wired.

Pretty good. I was in receiving most of the day at work, getting trained in that area, to fill in for the person who usually works there, when need be. And now I've got wine and loads of shows I like on the PVR to watch :)

What a bunch of miserable people, here. Honestly.

Work, mostly, then an hour at the bookstore reading this huge coffee table book about a bunch of artists paying tribute to Otomo’s movie Akira. Pizza for dinner.
