Lol, I'm actually literally filling, I found a set of scales in the back room at work today and made the mistake of weighing myself. I've gained a little over half a stone and I don't even know how. :( My depression/anxiety is flaring up anyway so I'm sort of slumping about this today. The only thing I can think of is that my job since June is a lot less physically strenuous than my last one. Ugh.

Have you been to a doctor yet? That sounds horrible. :( Hope it passes soon! x
