He'll be 37 this year.

Michael Keaton was 38 the year the movie Batman (1989) came out. Adam West was 38 the year the Batman (TV series) debuted. Christian Bale was 31 the year Batman Begins came out.

Holy shit I did not realize he was a few years older than me. He just seems so young. Like I said, I can't see it, but I give everything a chance because more often than not, some people really embrace a role and do an amazing job.

I was about to be amazed at how young Bale was, but then I remembered Bruce turns 30 in that movie, so it makes total sense they'd cast someone 30-ish, duh.

I had no idea Jake Gyllenhaal was younger than me.
