There’s “cookies”, “crackers”, and the ones sold by Arnotts etc which are just plain “biscuits”.

Similar to the ones in this secret. Sturdier than crackers, fairly bland but a bit sweet, hard and crumbly. Certainly not something you could dent with your finger (like some choc chip cookies). Very nice to dip into a hot cup of tea.
