As an Australian, I would classify cookies as a type of biscuit. :)

What are biscuits tgat are not cookies like?

Similar to the ones in this secret. Sturdier than crackers, fairly bland but a bit sweet, hard and crumbly. Certainly not something you could dent with your finger (like some choc chip cookies). Very nice to dip into a hot cup of tea.
