I'm in the middle of writing a fanfiction and it's irritating, because the world has lore and is decent, but it doesn't have the lore I need to know.

I can make it up, which is totally the point I know, but it's not like another franchise I've written dozens of things for where the narrative was shit and varied from medium to medium, it's a good story and I want to do it justice before the season continues. It's hard!
