I have no idea if there are any that are popular or common or whatever but I liked Shay/Severide from Chicago Fire and Maggie/Milo from The Skeleton Twins (although the gay thing isn't exactly the biggest issue there since it's also incest). I also *kind of* liked Penny/Max from Happy Endings, but not as much as the first two.
