I feel that Fingon gets overshadowed by his connection to Maedhros. What he did was amazing but there's so much more to him than that and I wish there was more exploration of that, especially if you buy into him being Gil-galad's dad. I would love to see more about his feelings of Turgon disappearing and then showing up at the last minute, etc.

For me, Elrond is the person I would most wish to be like since he's so nice.

He's my favorite. You know what episode of his life I wish people explore more? When he led the vanguard of his followers to join the kinslaying at Alqualonde to rescue the Feanorians, and then immediately got abandoned by them along with the rest and had to cross the ice.
