Okay, so. It is the holidays so there will probably be a lot of cars coming and going that you are not familiar with. And there are generally a lot of the same car once you start paying attention (like a shit ton of Honda CR-Vs).

If you are actually worried, call your local PD and ask if they can come around your house on patrol. I don't know about where you live, but where I live you can ask to be put on a list that will get you extra patrols for a couple days.

Don't tell them you saw a bunch of cars that might be similar and you are paranoid. They won't take you seriously. Just tell them that your neighbors are out of town and should not have any cars at their house. That you saw a strange car hanging outside their house and just want to make sure that nothing is going on.
