An MMORPG Pokemon game where you specialize as different things like breeders, trainers, etc. I am not actually sure what other roles would be in the Pokemon world other than breeders or trainers. :P

Any of the several Legacy of Kain sequels that actually looked really good and got cancelled, instead of the half-baked MMORPG that we got. Still bitter.

A reverse Tomb Raider game. You steal your people's artifacts from museums in order to return them where they belong and reclaim your heritage.

A Harvest Moon-alike where your crops and crafts are drugs and paraphernalia.

Agreed. (They actually had a gay option in 2, how did they manage to get worse from there?)

I'd still kill for a Leverage video game. I'd want it to be somewhat Sly Cooper-esque, with each con/level taking place in different parts of the world, and you'd switch between characters when needed as the con is set up and executed (Hardison for tech/hacking portions, Eliot when you need to beat the shit outta someone, Parker for the stealth/safe-cracking/parkour bits, etc.). Also, there could be different playable "guest" characters for each level. Like, Maggie could help you out in one con, Tara the next, and Sterling after that (only he'll immediately betray you as soon as it's convenient for him). Also, there'd have to be random treasures to steal along the way.

A game set in the Girl Genius universe would be awesome, especially if you could design your own Spark and choose their specialties, then show the world, show them all!! SHOW THEM the BEAUTY and BRILLIANCE of your GRANDEST EXPERIMENTS and CREATIONS of SCIENCE!!! They called you MAD!! MAD?! You'll show them MAD!!!! Try not get killed by angry villagers/rival Sparks/ your own creations and/or minions along the way!

I want The Sims tie in games/expansions for every possible franchise. I want that to be a thing, new geeky movie comes out and you know dang well there's going to be a Sims download with official characters/objects to fill my virtual world with. I want official LOTR characters and Marvel and DC superheroes and Star Wars characters. I wanna make Luke Skywalker date Tony Stark and shepherd them through mundane activities .
