If it was anything OTHER than Jurassic Park/World? Then I agree with you. Otherwise, leave my mutant dino babies alone.

The fact that's it's ONLY the Jurassic Park series is the problem. Maybe if we had more big, mainstream accurate dinosaur media it wouldn't be that big a sticking point for me, but we sadly don't live in that world. So, fuck your ugly ass movie monsters!

I don't think the frog DNA explains it so much as the fact that (in-universe) they were designed to appeal to park guests, not to look super accurate.

The frog DNA is one of the reasons JP fanboys give for no feathers, not ever. The 'designed to appeal to the public' reason is another; both are dumb.
