Pajamas. My mom still gets me a set pretty much every year and it's awesome. Sometimes she gets me a dressing gown when my current one is getting a bit worn out.

My granddad used to order five bags of coal for every household of the family at the start of December (we all have coal fires). He'd get people something small for under the tree as well, but the coal was understood as his main Christmas gift for everyone. Sort of 'here's your annual starter kit for not dying of cold this winter'. In hindsight it was a really nice idea, and makes a surprising amount of difference.
