Depends on what you need. New pajamas? Sheets, towels, boots? An electric kettle? One year I got my mom new windshield wipers because she needed them. My aunt lives on a canyon and is constantly at war with gophers, so I might get her an owl nest box this year because a family of barn owls can eat 70lbs of rodents a season. I bought a roommate a new microwave once. Subscriptions or memberships can be nice. I might get myself a zoo pass for the year, but Netflix or Amazon Prime or whatever you use would probably be good.
