Bedsheets/towels are always a good shout for me. I always seem to need more, lol. Kitchen stuff like kettles/toasters etc., or quality cutlery if you're into cooking! I'm going through a phase of cute reusable shopping bags right now. They save so much money and you can get some really pretty ones. Places like Lush do some really nice giftsets of bath/shower stuff that can be both practical and pampering.

As a general rule at Christmas I just keep an eye out for family/friends who have recently broken/lost stuff. My dad insists that his 10 year old MP3 player is still good, even though the display doesn't work anymore so he navigates it by memory/luck. That thing is getting replaced this year if it kills me.
