Yep. I can't stand to have the front of my neck touched, although it's more of a shocking/tickling feeling than pain, and oddly enough a firm grip is less upsetting to me than a light touch. I do have a pain reaction when fabric is brushing against the edges of my ears, though again, firm pressure is infinitely more bearable than light pressure.

Also, the sounds of loud chewing, licking, and dripping do manifest as pain. Basically wet noises in general. I have to leave the room when my cats are grooming themselves or my relatives who smack their food are over for dinner or my dogs are licking a plate clean. It all makes me want to tear my ears off and scream. You'd think this'd mean that I can't stand for my dogs to lick my face, but oddly enough the sound doesn't bother me when I'm experiencing the accompanying physical sensations, unless they manage to lick my neck, in which case I start flailing and squeaking. That's from the neck thing, not the sound thing, though.

I don't like for my ankles or knees to touch when I sleep, and I sleep with a body-pillow to keep them all apart. That probably has more to do with the arthritis than the autism, though, as sleeping without a knee pillow hurts my hips, too.

I used to work with a guy who made really gross slurpy noises when he ate, you would have shot him.
