In general, "we need to talk" or similar wording.

And my mom has a habit of starting conversations with "now, I don't want you to get upset, but..." sometimes followed with truly upsetting stuff, sometimes with stuff that makes me go "wtf, why would that upset me?!" Basically she just likes drama lol
