I'm glad you made the personally healthy choice! :)

Sometimes I have to re-evaluate the time I spend there, or who I follow. So far I haven't quit for good.

I do think it's what you make of it. But so are many things. And the ability to keep scrolling forever is really bad for my self-discipline.

Plus personally I get too easily sucked into things that upset me (anything political especially). I don't necessarily follow mainly political blogs so that wouldn't be easy to quit.

I can totally understand how any site could cause you anxiety and stress, based on repeated experiences there. For you, cutting it completely was the right choice.

(I made a similar choice about Facebook for different reasons long ago, haven't regretted it.)
