In the 2016 US Presidential election, Trump, Jill Stein, and Clinton may have all been tied to one Russian oligarch or another. (Eh, weak.)

Ohio possibly hasn't had a legitimate election in fifteen years, because they use computers to make up the results. (Well, who can tell?)

A small handful of giant conglomerates have taken over most industry and media in the world's largest economy and tell people that GMO's are good for them. (This is true.)

The Republican Party deliberately takes unpopular and anti-social positions to extract money from wealthy sickos who are trying to defraud the public and stay out of prison. (Looks like!)

i mean, yes, but that doesn't mean that GMOs are actually bad

I don't know how you can explain American politics without believing that.

GMOs are at worst harmless, and many are incredibly beneficial. Like, say, the ones used to synthesize human insulin so diabetics don't have to rely on pig insulin. Try reading an actual scientific journal instead of the National Enquirer.
