The courts aren't going to do fucking jackshit. It's over; back to the stone age for us. Only possible way to fix it would be to nuke Washington from orbit. Or maybe the US as a whole.

It's a decision by a regulatory agency, not an amendment to the constitution

Even if it were a constitutional amendment, it could be repealed/amended again, like prohibition.

Yes, of course - having to spend less time on the internet is totally worth blowing up an entire state/country full of innocent people. I'd prefer net neutrality too, but I think living with worse internet service IS a survivable thing. Loads of people in the world do do it.... and have done, historically. Honestly, the amount people are glued to the internet these days is completely insane. Yes, it's useful and fun. But it's not as if all knowledge and communication will cease to exist without it.
