I like Christmas a lot (we celebrate it totally secular, but I love the songs, the atmosphere, everything). My family also decided a few years ago to not swap presents. It started when all of my many siblings were in college and just didn't have money. Now most of us are out of college but still young and still don't really have lots of money to spare. And anyway, presents are so awkward, these days the only things I want are too expensive to be a present (new computer! PS4! my bills paid!) so it's either get a lot of awkward junk you don't want... or spend the holidays stress free, baking cookies, doing fun family stuff, all without worrying about gifts.
