Kamineko! That cat cracked me up every time he appeared. My favorite episode, though, was the one where (spoilers!) he rallies all of the neighborhood cats to attack Sakaki, but then Maya the Iriomote cat rescues her. Crowning moment of heartwarming, there.

Toothless. All the dragons of HTTYD really. Hedwig. Appa. Bill the pony. And the fell beasts looked awesome.

I have so many. Too many to count, really. Tadakichi-san, Kamineko and Maya from Azumanga Daioh, Chuu-Chuu from Utena, Momo, Appa, Naga and Pabu from Avatar: the Last Airbender and Legend of Korra, Lion and Pumpkin (shut up, he totally counts) from Steven Universe, Ein from Cowboy Bebop and the magnificently stupid HeiHei from Moana, Hedwig, Pigwidgeon, Fang, Crookshanks and Buckbeak of Harry Potter, Smudge the fire-spider from the Jig the Goblin and Magic Ex Libris series (he's one of the only spiders I can tolerate, period), every single horse in The Saddle Club, Cheddar from B99, Data's cat Spot from TNG, and if I kept going on I'd be here all night, so...yeah. I love animals.

Menchie from the Youtube channel "Simply Nailogical". She sits in the background being a totally normal cat and sometimes her hairs turn up in Cristine's current nail project.

Also Pokey, Grumpy Cat's slightly less grumpy-seeming brother.

I love Appa and Momo and Lion, but Maximus (the horse in tangled) would probably win this.
