Outside of school I honestly can't think of anything? Maybe parallel parking. I think that would be useful if I drove a car, but I drive a big-ass truck that is too big even for a lot of regular parking spaces.

I learned a lot of stupid shit in school though.

Like... almost everything ever, in University? I took an entire course in which we learned middle English. Which was cool, but I can't say I remember any of it, or have ever had any need to, since passing the final exam.

Well it's not stupid, but I am. xD

I spent a lot of time learning bits of Japanese writing a few years ago, got pretty passionate about it. Then just rando stopped one day and only poked at here and there since. T^T I forgot a lot of what I learned too so now I have to relearn it. /fail

Knitting. Which is not intrinsically stupid but there is fairly low interest in hand-knitted scarves in this climate.
