I don't get the fascination with Jeff Goldblum. Sure, he was okay in the original Jurassic Park. But that's about it. I just don't get it.

He just makes any movie he's in better. He's just one of those people who it is fundamentally enjoyable to watch on screen. At least for me.

Ironically, given how creepy the movie is, I think maybe I fell for Goldblum in The Fly. I don't understand that at all.

He had a short-runner police-detective show called Raines that is pretty good.

We should stream Earth Girls Are Easy sometime.

You know, I watched a part of that, and I just couldn't. Too gross for me. I enjoyed the original Fly, though.

He was good in The Fly.

I've thought he was good in just about everything I've seen him in, even if I haven't particularly cared for the character he's playing (Igby Goes Down, I'm looking at you).

He was also pretty good in L&O: Criminal Intent. Have you seen his guest turn on Friends? I thought it was hilarious.

Earth Girls Are Easy is so weird and funny.

Yup, never gotten the appeal. Personal taste is personal, just not my type at all.

For me, his physical peak was The Lost World. Total yawn-fest of a film, but I've seen it enough times for the number to be in the double digits. Just because I find him so hot.

Idk, he's super fucking tall, he's got that dark hair, those lips, that smile, and he's kind of peculiar tbh. I don't understand how one could not find him sexy, but I also wouldn't argue someone over it because he is a bit socially-acceptably-odd. Like a bowtie.

Honestly, that famous picture from Jurassic Park totally turned me off him. I'm not a big fan of super hairy men, especially with really dark body hair. And there is something about his face that doesn't do it for me I guess. I don't know. I have a hard time seeing why people would find him sexy, though I totally get that personal taste is personal. I just can't see it myself.

The Tall Guy and Buckaroo Banzai are classic Goldblum

No no, you have to see him in The Tall Guy. Super funny indy romance film. He's so awkward and adorable.

Also, Buckaroo Banzai? He plays New Jersey and basically is the audience POV of awesome.
