One of my favorite YouTubers is a vegan who rescues kittens. And guess what: she feeds them milk and meat because that's what cats actually NEED.

You can't be cruelty-free if you're feeding animals a diet that is inappropriate for them.

I will never understand veagas who keep cats. You subscribe to an ideology that says that you musn't support the meat&dairy industry, and out of all species you could have as your pet, you choose the one that requires you to regularly contribute your money to the meat&dairy industry.

At the very least, I hope your friend recognizes the hypocricy, and doesn't get a holier-than-though attitude towards people who support the meat&dairy industry for their furless babies instead.

Please tell me your favorite YouTuber isn't feeding those poor kittens cow milk. Cats aren't really able to digest lactose - despite the stereotypes about cats and cream, it's not actually good for them.
