There's gonna be a season 3? That's cool, but what's supposed to happen in it? The second season wrapped things up and even had a future-epilogue, didn't it?

Since Yuri on Ice really raised the bar, season 3 is gonna have to go real gay to catch up. YoI had a kiss, I'm calling it now, Free3 will feature a BJ scene with Haru and Makoto or Rin.

While I'm extremely cool with the idea of Free doing a time jump and going for an Olympic setting, I'd just note it definitely does sound like they are Free! On Ice. Which I'm not opposed to, especially if they go for canon gay. Just noting.

Haha ohh yeah. I had no horse in the race, or rather, I actively liked both Haru/Rin and Haru/Makoto. If one actually did become canon but not the other, the backlash would be amazing.

KyoAni stopped accepting gifts from fans because the MakoHaru fans got butthurt that KyoAni posted pics on twitter of the package the RinHaru fans gave them (that was a non-shippy friendship package) while the MakoHaru package (that had art of the characters kissing and more) was acknowledged privately through a thankful email.

Yeah they ain’t gonna make anything canon because fucking MakoHaru fans ruin shit.
