Finding that one rare fic trope/kink you love with a pairing you love. And then you find out it is a 80,000 word COMPLETED fic with good spelling and grammar.

That's not even rare, that's just damn near impossible. lol!

Also, after reading it you find out the author has written 30 other stories of your favorite pairing all with kinks and tropes you like.

I have found someone like this, though the number of additional fics was smaller, but omg, so nice. <3

Haha I know. I always end up shipping super rare pairs, so finding the combination of pairing I like + trope I like is not something that's happened to me, ever.
