I have seen entire cast ethnicity swaps(white characters>PoC and PoC>white)but those are very rare and very often come with the disclaimer that they're doing it as a creative exercise, but most people I've seen drawing PoC characters white or lighter than they should be, that isnt an accident, are not doing it for good reasons.
