Regal? She's not a princess anymore she's a general that has been leading the rebellion most of her entire life. Her brother gone missing. Her husband's a flake. Her son is a villain. That is enough to wear anyone down.

As to her voice, what do you expect? She WAS struggling with drug problems and sorry that it doesn't just magically disappear at will. People age and change. Of course she is a different person now than she has been. I thought she held herself very well.
