108. You realize that warning is at the top of every post for a reason, right? Read F!S at your own goddamn risk.

117. Your kink is totally okay. (And if that's your pairing, it's even more okay. Kyo/Iori is awesome.)

123. Have you read the HoM Avengers mini? It's a little bit more anvilicious about the race analogies, but it's pretty cool.

148. Yeah, because someone can't think that the book is portraying a really awful relationship (in the words of a friend: vampires don't exist, but stalkers do), the prose is awful, and the main character has no personality without hating the author herself.

I enjoy lots of books by female authors-- Tammy Pierce comes to immediate mind, as does Esther Friesner, JKR, and Zilpha Keatly Snyder. I think that Stephanie Meyer can't particularly write well, but that doesn't mean I hate her or that I'm jealous.

Hehehe that's true enough, Bella was much more boring to read about than Alanna, Daine, Kel, or Aly (god she was the worst, THE DAUGHTER OF THE FIRST CHARACTER IN HER NOVELS, it's basically bad fanfiction :/). I didn't like Daine that much either, but I liked Alanna and Kel alright (Kel the best I think, sorry but Alanna just got a little ridiculous :/. I read all of those books...but I only ever owned Trickster's Choice and Trickster's Queen...oh, to be young again.

Kel's my favorite, but I do wish I'd stopped at the end of the third book. I liked her better when she wasn't ~the vessel of the gods~.

I'm pretending the story ended when she got through the Ordeal. And then Zahir apologized to her, and they went off to beat up things and protect people while boinking like bunnies. (I'm a bit bitter he never showed up again. He was Jon's squire, for goodness sake!)
