Wow! That looks so interesting. I've never seen a pie using whole slices of lemon before. My family would love this.

Also I agree that homemade pies deserve a good homemade pastry/pie crust. Making pastry is not my favourite thing to do but it is always worth it. :)

Ooh, thank you for this! I've saved the recipe to my list to try. I'm determined to make at least one pie this pi day.

(I wonder how this would work swapping out the top crust for a meringue?)
