That's Eugenio Derbez, a mexican comedian. I'm surprised to see him there! No idea what the movie is about, though.

The original involves a spiked heiress being thrown/fallen overboard her yacht (after her fiance/husband?) attempts to kill her? She ends up with thus rough and tumble guy who fijnds her. I can't recall if he knows her identity, but he convinces her that she is the mother of his 5 unruly sons (she has amnesia). Hijinks, conflict and romance ensue. More or less. They both change by the end of the movie.
