How do you relax?

Trying to find some way to relax after work that doesn't require a hot bath ebcause I hate hot baths.

Most of the time a hot shower works better for me anyway.

Just sitting in my room, reading something, with ear plugs in. When I've had a long day I really just want some silence. Doesn't matter whether I"m reading books, fanfic, random lists, or what. Just, give me silence. And darkness. I'll keep my light off unless there is something I actually need to see for.

music usually helps me relax. Everybody's taste in music is a bit different so I wouldn't presume to recommend a specific genre.

Usually reading some fluffy book or fic does the trick for me. If that doesn't work, playing with my dog and watching him get the zoomies definitely does.
