If you're curious about it, today at AX Funimation announced they're going to be releasing some of Geneon's titles. I don't know if it's the one in the secret though...

I'm aware. I saw a little article about it but I'm not sure what the deal is. Do you know why? I have the list of titles they're picking up (Kyô Kara Ma-Ô! was a concern of mine) and I'm wondering if the casting will change or the OP or DVD menus...anything, really. xD;;

I was supposed to make it to AX this year but I'm stuck home. Maybe next year. BTW, CC ICON FTW. (*_*)

Oh, why Funimation is taking Geneon's licenses? They essentially closed up shop sometime last year and went under. I don't know if they're completely 100% gone--I think they still finished up printing some box sets and things that were coming out--but most (if not all) of their licenses have been in limbo since then. Geneon's picking them up so that they'll be able to release them for the fans that have been waiting for a while. As far as I know, the dubs for a lot of the series that had been dropped had actually been completed (for example, I think I heard that Ocean went ahead and finished recording on Black Lagoon), so I don't think the casts will change. Funi had a deal with another company to have ADV dub FMP:TSR even though they had the distributing license, so I'm guessing they'll do something similar to keep the cast if they have to. I dunno if the menus and things will stay the same, though, since I'm pretty sure that was something Geneon was in charge of..

I've never managed to make it to AX, sadly. XD;; Someday I'll have a summer where I'm not unemployed/busy/out of the country/whatever.

Ooh, I'm the same way. Particularly when I really don't know about the fandom and what's the "norm"...like, I tend to be crazy with pairings (I ship Chrono/Rosette wholeheartedly, but I also like Chrono/Mary, Chrono/Shader, bizarre crossover pairings...), and I have no idea how the fandom would react. XD but I keep running into people on here and in the RP and things that still love the series...I kinda want to somehow organize a big group and revive it somehow, but I'm not sure how. XD *JUST got into it, too, so doesn't want it to be dead!*

I haven't actually seen the movie. I have it on hold at the library so hopefully it'll come in soon, but I love the book and that scene just put my senses on overdrive. I've seen enough icons and stuff on the Fight Club comm to make me squee and I've already been converted to one of his fan-girls. He's the first male actor to make me say, 'Y HELO THUR SECKZI!'

I know~! (*_*) It was actually the firs thing I requested when I cleared the library fees off my card. So now I'm just waiting for it to arrive~

I was trying to explain it to my dad the other day. He thinks I'm a weirdo because I like anime and do cosplay and like lolita, but when I said Edward Norton, he was like "(ಠ_ಠ) WHY!?" I don't think it's that bad. But he's quite a contrast compared to other actors I like. But Iono. Even with actors I like, I don't really go all ga-ga over them. xD

Yeah. But I can't really see it. I look at some of the guys my friends like and I just stare blankly. Some of them are just so hideous and/or having no acting talent. I don't get it.

I don't know if I'm the classic EN fan. When I see his Fight Club caps, I just want to squeal and kick him in the gut. And then make it all better. I don't know if that sounds quite right. ^^;;;

YOU ARE PERFECTLY NORMAL. For being a fan of his, that is. ;) Actually I have no idea since I've only fan-girl-ed about him with a friend of mine who recommended Chuck Palahniuk. So I'm trucking through all his books. The kink I have in Fight Club is the hole in his cheek. It breaks my brain thinking about it! (*_*)

OMG AKSDJFLKASJDFLKJASDLFKJALSDKJFLASKDJFLAKSJDLFKJ YESSSSSSSSSSS! I didn't want to watch it at first because the first Hulk was so Incredibly Bad. But once I found out that Edward Norton was in it, I was like, "MUST SEE! (*_*)" The scene where he's curled up in the shower could have given me a nosebleed.

I've only read Fight Club, Invisible Monsters, Choke, and I'm currently reading Rant. Choke is being turned into a movie and I don't know how I feel about that. Invisible Monsters is better suited for a movie, in my opinion. :/

The hole in his cheek is in the book. I don't know if it's in the movie. I'm going to be so sad if it isn't because the thought of his tongue poking out of a hole in his cheek was just one of the sexiest mindreels ever!

103. No, I know exactly what you mean. I was SO EXCITED for that movie, and his death kind of...tainted it. :/ I'm still excited to see the movie, but a part of me just really hates that he didn't even get to see it premire.

Oooooookay~ When you word it like that, I think I understand a little bit. I thought this was one of those "OMG I WISH HE WAS STILL ALIVE BECAUSE HE'S SEXY AND BLAH BLAH BLAH" kind of things. Iono. I'm always more focused on the character rather than the actor. Though it would be like a band hitting it big right after the lead singer dies, I suppose. That is pretty sad. D:

Oh dear God no. Those people annoy me, too. He honestly wasn't my type at all, physically. I enjoyed his acting, and I liked a lot of his movies, but my sadness has nothing to do with thinking he was hot or anything. Just that he was young and talented and had so much going for him. :/ It really sucked.

Really? Ha, that's funny. I have a habit of always coming out of the woodwork for comments on my secrets, which I suppose doesn't make them secrets, but I like discussing things, I suppose. XD
