It was that scene that made me believe we were supposed to assume there was more than just 'friendship' between them. I mean, that way, the ending is about 40 times as "WTF?!" XD

I KNOW, RIGHT? I ship them so hard it's not even funny. I have all these half-assed ways around the ending and everythiing...then again, I rarely let something like that stop me in my crazed shipping compulsions. XD;

Oh, I know. I love the Fight Club fandom. It's kinda small, but the stuff that comes out of it is so worth it!

I know, right? Sometimes I'll come across something and think my god, the love here's so freaking obvious. Fandom away! and find out there's close to nothing. One of my favourite book/movies, Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys, has almost canon slash, and no one seems to have heard of it. D: It's a sad time.

I'm surprised I hadn't ever thought to make a secret about that, myself, actually. I used to watch that movie almost every day, and I'd rewind that scene about eight times before continuing on with the rest of the movie. XD

Oh dear, don't bring up that prospect while discussing Fight Club - now I'm not so sure. XDD I do that with a lot of favourite scenes from movies, too. I have that one, and the end of Tape, and the chase scene in Memento...youtube saves me a lot of damage to my DVDs. XD
