Nah, man. Overboard, whatever else you think of it, is a fairly adult film - not like "Adult" adult film, but you know what I mean, it's kinda not a kids film, you know? I think it's pretty acceptable to not like it as a kid.

Yep, you got me. Overboard is JUST THAT ACCURATE of a yardstick when it comes to determining a person's inner joy factor that not liking it means my childhood was one bitter pit of depression and melancholy. I spent years working through it with a legion of therapists, but... *sobs* ... I can't escape the nightmare.
