I don't think I count as a dudebro - I don't think any comic fan can rally count as a dudebro - but let me tell you something, I read that shit. Tolkien's dragons are the best. I think it's because he took the original myths and made the dragons bigger and smarter but the original myths definitely had a great vibe to begin with.

I love this movie too. But I'm confused about not rooting for the protagonist. I think it's easy to root for Riddick. There are definitely worse assholes than him.

I like both. I admit that I do like having dragons that can be sidekicks or mentors to the protagonists but having to defeat a dragon (especially the ones that can get into your head) is definitely up there with the best boss battles. They're really great villains when written write because they're smart and tough. The protagonist usually has to really earn a victory.

Shit, I am with you. She's getting ANOTHER nerf apparently. Still waiting for MEI's nerf. Apparently DPS people really don't like Mercy. Lucio is another one who keeps getting shit on too. Fed up with it.

I dunno. It shouldn't stand the test of time, but I've been hearing some buzz about it. apparently all that's required to turn a rape into a romance is to swap the genders.

I'm being bitter, I know, you could also put it in a book and market it as chick lit, but the point remains, people seem a lot less skeeved by this version of the concept.
