I've never liked little kids to begin with, and there's no way I'd be able to take care of one anyway, given all of my health problems. Also, even if the idea of pregnancy and childbirth didn't terrify the absolute fuck out of me, many of my aforementioned health problems are hereditary, especially the super-painful ones, and I'd hate to pass those on to an unsuspecting child. It just wouldn't be fair. I've never really had to worry about it, though, as I'm a lesbian super-virgin who, due to a combination of severe endometriosis and PCOS, was basically infertile long before I got a complete hysterectomy in 2014.

I used to get a lot of "Oh, you'll change your mind when you meet the right man, *wink wink*" even long after I came out, but those comments started to dwindle out around the time I started needing a cane to get around. I still get them from time to time, but it's easier to get the people saying it to back off now that I no longer possess the necessary equipment.
