Same. Aside from some cartoons/animation, I can't find much joy in newer shows/fandoms. I don't think the new things I've seen are bad or uninteresting so much as I... I dunno. Just don't really care anymore? It feels too much like work to try?

Currently, I'm mostly immersed in the mid-late 90's cartoons in terms of fandoms, but the older I get, the more OK with that I am. I don't even care if the interest is purely nostalgia fueled. Why should I? I'm not against new things, but like, the sheer amount of options out there now are so overwhelming that I feel a lot better sticking with what I already know and love. Less stressful.
