Honestly, if you just tapped the car, and if there is truly no damage at all, it's unlikely that anything is going to happen to you. I would think that the security cameras are there for major incidents, theft, etc., and review only when an incident is reported. I don't know that someone is sitting there the whole time, watching the parking lot via camera. Presuming this is a parking lot.
