The current trend towards more Thor/Steve fics. I went to the tag recently, and there were more than three times the number of fics that were there the last time I looked.

The live and let live attitude of the Tolkien fandom (or at least the Tumblr part) towards interpretation and ships and such. Friendliest fandom I've been in. Not perfect, sometimes stuff crops up. But mostly, people just let everyone have their own opinions on things and agree to disagree.

More Thor/Steve fics are always great. I've even seen some Thor/Steve/Bucky fics recently!

Yup. Saw some of those, also Thor/Steve/Buck/Sam and Jane/Thor/Steve. I love this fandom.
