There is a similarity in that a lot of people are pretty crazy and dumb about the Russia shit and overstate it, and think that it's going to get the president out of office, which I don't think is very likely. But there's also a lot more validity to it if you go in and look at the things that people have admitted and have been established as fact, and a lot of genuine wrong doing and criminality.
No way I trust the DOJ after the Nunes Memo.
why on earth would the Nunes memo lead you to change your opinion on anything.

And in the context of the Russia investigation, it didn't really provide any compelling defense against the allegations involved - for the most part, it didn't even actually try to do so. So what I don't quite see is how it could change someone's opinion on that particular investigation unless they were already enormously predisposed to have their opinion changed.
